I've got an Asus x550Vx(https

Like... Really freezing in place, no other move, sometimes even restarting very fast. Tried it in games like WOT and fortnite, it gets constantly 100fps then drops to 1-5 fps for 15 seconds and get back at 100. Sometimes it even dont render the textures of the games. What solutions do I have to relieve its pain? (Drivers are updated constantly).
I need it for faculty, mainly browsing, movies, microsoft office and some games with friends. What can I buy or what can I do for him to make it work smooth?
