Can i change the asus x553 cel processors To intel core i3 or i5 or i7 ????

Sorry friend but your processor is soldered to the motherboard. Also even if it were to be the same socket and you could upgrade to a better processor, your laptop wouldn't be designed to handle the extra heat generated and you might end up with thermal issues.

If your performance isn't doing it for you it is probably time to upgrade laptops.
