Asus X553m Update speed issue

Hi Everyone,

Today my laptop Asus X553M updated itself.It lasted about 2 hours despite the laptop being newish and only a few months old.

Now the laptop is way too fast. It closes windows goes very fast and sometimes freezes. All after this update. The speed is not normal and I am finding it hard to work on it. It's also been highlighted text as well and closing windows.

Would anyone have had this issue after an update?

That is an odd issue. You could try going into the "System Restore" and restore the laptop to a date prior to your installing any update and see if this fixes it.
