Hey. So I've tried to uninstalled and reinstall the network adapters numerous times and still not getting a connection. Any additional advice? Turned on and off still nothing. Also my computer updated just yesterday ever since causing this issue. Thanks

Sorry, not overly sure how to use this. my wifi wont connect, it says no network connections, so ive went into the device manager-network adapters- uninstall and reinstall and nothing is seeming to fix the issue. Anything else I can do? I have googled the shit outta it and nothing

Now before you say, but all my other devices work, that can happen.

Reboot your modem, and then redo the WiFi connections on the computer. It should work after that.

If the modem/router is yours, you just need to power it off, count to 20 and power it back on. It will take a little while to restart, but it should be able to connect after that.

It isn't, we run off a big tower at work. I'm in the middle of the bush, everyone else's work perfectly fine including my phone wifi, just my computer won't even show a connection.

I see. Kind of hard to restart it then. And yes one singular device can be effected this way.

Try this....

First, make sure your laptop is 'not' connected to the modem/router via an Ethernet cable and follow the steps:

1. Go to "Control Panel".

2. Next go to "Network and Internet" and then "Network and Sharing".

3. Now click on "Manage Wireless Networks".

4. On this screen, remove all wireless connections by "right clicking" on it and select "Remove network" from the drop down menu.

5. After doing this, close the open windows and reboot the computer.

6. Once the computer is fully reloaded, scan for the "Wi-Fi networks".

7. Click on the available network that you want to access and select "connect".

8. It takes a moment, but then you will be asked to give a password for your Wi-Fi connection. Type in the password and click the "connect" button.

It should now be connected.

If this doesn't work, test seeing if your laptop will connect via Ethernet. If so, then your WiFi card may be going. You can either look to replace it/have it replaced, or get an external (plugs in via USB) WiFi card.

When I go into network and sharing center I don't even get a WiFi option.

I get an "unknown" which reads " the dependency service or group failed to start" then am option to set up a new connection or network in which gives me the choice to set up a dial up or new network. Nothing comes up for a new network either.

Ok so I've found my Bluetooth, ethernet and wifI. My wifi says it has full service but there's an x beside it and it says not connected. I've tried connecting and still nothing. Tried to uninstall, reboot and it's still installed. Also I'm getting a asuswspanel.exe bad image error that continues to pop up.

Is this your own personal computer or a laptop you got through work? If it is a work one, I would contact their IT department. They may well have made changes to the device that I would know nothing about.
