Asus X750LN-T4051H ?

i am buying a laptop and i have budget around 900 Euros. I will be using it for gaming mostly. i was looking to buy Asus X750LN-T4051H . Now i wonder if is worth 874 Euros and if i can upgrade it if necesary.
I also accept any suggestions about better laptops for same price range.

Don't buy a laptop with a view to upgrading it. Generally there's not much you can do.

which CPU are you getting?

How much ram?

What size HDD? (you can put two in it)

The 840M is a mid tier GPU. But 900 Euro will buy you a $900US laptop from Newegg.

So I think the Asus is worth the 874 Euro

8Gb Ram
1 Tb HDD
Full HD Screen

I want a laptop on which i can play games at least on normal setting for next couple of years and then if necesary to upgrade it

The laptop is good but I would look into a laptop that is made for gaming as this one is designed for portability and not gaming. You should be able to play games at 720p in most games although recent titles may be a bit of a stretch for it.

i would really appreciate if you suggest me another one that is in the same price range and games will work on normal settings for atleast 5 years.

I think the Asus should be fine.

The asus is the max you are going to get. You can go for the acer aspire v3 but their case is not as good. As for games you can look at this website for reference on your gpu : http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-840M.105681.0.html
