Which one is better? Or there is better choice for under 35 dollars?

if I buy a PCI sound card, then I have to buy a 3.5mm audio "white" cord that is 6feet(no 3 feet)
which one would you recommend that is lower than $7?

The DSX is far better than the U3 especially if you are looking for audio fidelity/quality.

I got the SB-Z and got it for $99 when I bought it. Well worth it since it can power my headphones and my speakers with a change to the software (it has a normal speaker out and a dedicated headphone out).

OP, I have never bought anything on BF nor do I know if there will be better deals on sound cards. I do know that the Asus Xonar DSX is the better quality sound card you have posted. You can wait till Black Friday or even Cyber Monday but there is no way to give a 100% yes that there will be a better deal.
