Purchased this laptop almost 2 months ago now: https

When opening new tabs or trying to open applications (really only Spotify or Chrome), my computer will often slow right down to a complete stop. Sometimes it will be choppy mouse movements that resolve shortly. Other times it is the whole computer that will freeze for up to 2 minutes. Tried updating, restarting, etc. All the basic items. Don't know what my next steps are to resolve.
