Hello! I just received my new laptop about a week ago. Straight out of the box it would not turn on, so I put it on the charger for about 3 hours like the manual said. After I let it charge for those hours, I turned it on (still plugged in) and it turned on perfectly fine. I went through all of the setup steps, and when it got to the Windows screen, the battery icon on the bottom of the screen said "0% available(plugged in, charging)" - and when I actually clicked on the icon, it says "0%- Not Charging". As soon as I unplugged the charger it completely shut off and would not turn on until I plugged the charger back in. I did some research and thought maybe I needed to do an update on the computer. I did all of the available updates, but it did not do anything.
The computer also randomly goes into sleep mode when I am actively using it (scrolling, typing etc.) it has done it approximately 5 times within the last 10 minutes.
