Not this again.

First, the ISPs lied by advertising using speed as metric, even though their service is shared/non-guaranteed. Guess what mess we're in now? (You, or your whole family/friends/clan, may be aware that this is the case, but the vast majority of users/customers doesn't).

Now, they are still at it again.

Frontier 8mbit DSL here... shared on 180 pc's.. surfing youtube and other general wastes of time with out issue. not to mention multiple webex and video conferences over skype no problem too.. seems att marketing department should ask one of their printer support guys for their input before making a marketing promotion about this shit with no real info

wtf!!! thats expensive!! i have 1.5mbps dsl connection here in the philippines for 10 us dollars/month....

i can do all of that with my 1.5 mbps connection for 10 us dollars/month here in the philippines....

Ok, since when does anyone give a sh-t about charts/specifications from the manufacturer/vendor? Microsoft says Vista will run on a 800mhz P3 w/ 512mb of RAM. You can download a full length DiVX movie on a 56k modem. Facebook will work on 24mb or on your crappy cell phone data connection. Sara Lee doesn't sell any food that's good for you. They just tell you things that will get you to buy their product...so go find something else to complain about already, lol!
