I had a Sprint contract once. I'll never sign a phone contract again. I broke the contract after 6 months when the bill was actually $10-15 higher than the $69.99 unlimited it was supposed to be. Sprint called for 2 years straight harassing me to pay the severance fee and several months of usage when the phone was actually disabled. After 5 years I settled for a mere $60. Now I get emails wanting me to sign up for service again. LoL.
I only use pay-as-you-go services now. My bill is under $25 a month. If more people did this it would force them to end these draconian contracts.

It's utter, sheer chaos the way those people are moving upgrades on towers. We finally told them we no longer wanted their business and go find someone else to abuse 7 days/week so you can meet your VP installation scheduling demands.

Phone companies nickel & dime their customers to death! Just like collectivist politicians that seem to sit around think up more and different ways and means to tax the people. Can't mess with corporate profits. Corporate government or otherwise.
