Starbucks is extending its Wi-Fi offer by bringing AT&T into its stores: In addition to T-Mobile, the San Antonio, Texas-based telecommunications company will be offering free and fee-based Wi-Fi options. AT&T broadband and Uverse customers will get free Wi-Fi access at Starbucks locations.

Wow. Charbucks will be offering a second paid wifi option.

"The wifi isn't free - but at least the coffee is awful."

Cafe customers should demand free wifi.
We offer it at no charge in all of our locations, with the added bonus that if a customer has an issue with connectivity, the barista can give the customer my cell number and I'll either fix it, or at least tell them what they need to resolve to connect.

Of course, I only have 5 locations to deal with - not 7,000.

But then again, we're expanding and Chrabucks isn't.
