AT2020 XLR Not Picking up any audio

I have an AUDIOBOX USB (PreSonus) and I have been having issues with my new AT2020 picking up any audio. It has a 48V button that I have on at all times. But it won't pick anything up still. Would like some help on this problem.

How do you use the Audiobox? Do you wanna hear it in windows via PC speaker or did you connect speaker or headphones to the audiobox?

I plug my headphones into my PC. People say it might be a bad cable but my old mic works on the same cable and audio box. so idk what the issue is.

also.. I'm not talking about my audio box not picking up my audio so I can hear.. I'm saying the mic doesn't work. I was just giving you all an idea of what equipment I am using so I can avoid all the obvious questions like does it has 48V and such.

It's brand new and came straight from amazon. I have no idea how it would be broken. I just got it this saturday.. and the old mic is crap its a mic from the company "Newer" I spent like $30 on it

Did you directly own it from amazon or some 3rd party seller? Even if it´s from amazon, it could be DOA (dead on arrival)

Not a 3rd party service.. Straight from amazon.
