I know all the Athlon XP-M's are unlocked but my Asus mobo only allows multipliers up to 12.5. I know that you can unlock them by doing a wire mod and I just wanted to find out how to do it. I tried googleing it but didn't find anything.

Go there and under multiplier selection select unlock and I wire shows up on the diagram. Would this do it.
