I looking to buy a ATI AIW 7500... Does a video editing software is included with this card ???? If not, what is best ?

I have ATI AIW Radeon and they include Ulead Video Studio, the software is OK for beginner, I think the best software for video editting is Vegas Video 3.0. Hope it can help.

Can I edit mpeg 1 and mpeg 2 file from this Vegas Video 3.0?

I used to captured video from my VHS/Digital8 tape to my PC as MPEG2/AVI then use Vegas Video to make SVCD from that.
