I understand that later this year (June?) FCC will require all ATSC hardware
to check for the "broadcast flag" when recording HD broadcast (over the
air).
Is this correct?
Which ATSC card (PCI) would you recommend for a Windows XP PC? So far, I
have identified the following:
http://www.accessdtv.com/accessdtv/index.htm
http://www.dvico.com/products_mul_hd.html
http://www.ramelectronics.net/html/hdtv-cards.html
http://www.hdtvtips.com/index.htm
http://www.ati.com/products/hdtvwonder/index.html
http://www.hauppauge.com/html/products.htm#digital
http://www.digitalconnection.com/
but none of them talk about this issue.
BTW, I currently use ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All In Wonder, so the ATI card will
fit well, if it is a wise choice ...
