Audio devices only play on left side when plugged into PC

Any audio device that I plug into my PC only plays through the left side. I have tested them with my phone and they all work.

When I plug the jack in about half way, it plays left channel audio in both ears.

I have tried countless fixes on this site and none of them have worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Among the "countless fixes" does that include checking both front and rear jacks if it's a desktop? Try another sound card? Sounds like a bad jack.

I've tried with both the front and back jack and they both provide the same result
