Audio going through HDMI port, but not through headphones?

I've been trying to go through a series of audio drivers, looking through my hardware, and restarting my PC with no prevail. Can someone help me with this situation?

Rt click on the speaker icon down next to the time in the system tray. Select Playback Devices. On the window that Opens, set your headphones as the primary playback device.

See if that fixes it.

Is the Motherbd's built in audio (Realtec I assume) enabled in the bios and in device manager?

There's no such option in the BIOS. Perhaps you can find a driver for me? My mobo is G41T-AD.

That is an OEM motherboard, what's the make and model# of the system it is in or came from?
