audio hook up from TV to desk top speakers

Trying to hook up powered desk top speakers to new TV with no audio in jacks.
available jacks, head phone. coax, R, L , V (video), Pb, Pr, HDMI

Why would you need audio in jacks on your new TV? Are you trying to play your computer sounds on the TV? I don't think so. You need audio OUT jacks on the TV. And you have them. They are the Head Phone jacks.

The headphone jacks on your TV are the SAME as audio out jacks. Use them. Plug your desktop jack into the headphone jack of the TV.

NOW we have the full confession. ^)

Some TV can output to both but apparently not your TV.

The other ports mentioned are not audio out ports, so looks like you are S.O.L. unless you have a Toslink jack failed to mention.

A jumper soldered across the headphone jack would allow you to use both at the same time but the volume control of the TV would affect both.
Any repair shop can do it for you.
