Audio Jack Combo, with a Single Microphone Cable, having Problems ( Zalman ZM - Mic 1)

Hello, I recently purchased a Zalman ZM - Mic 1, just because i needed a better microphone. The only problem is that i have a laptop with an Audio Combo Jack but.... the ZM-Mic 1 has one single cable, when i plug in the Microphone it doesn't seem to appear in Audacity or on Windows.
Any Help would be appreciated,
