Audio only plays in my right ear

I recently purchased a LIHAO Sades SA-738 headset but no audio comes from the left speaker. I have only just taken them out of the box and I am testing them out. When I plugged them in to check they worked audio is only playing in my right ear I have checked to see if my left speaker was muted but isn't.

I purchased them from Amazon.

Have you tried using them with other devices and checked to see if the problem persists? Have you opened up the headset and checked for a loose connection on the left driver?
