audio out of sync

When I connect my Sharp smart TV to AudioSource sound bar the audio and video end up getting out of sync. What could be the problem? I am on Dish network.

If the sound and picture are in sync on the Sharp TV speakers then the problem would be in the soundbar. Try different operating modes on the bar. Call Audiosource and ask them.
