Audio Output Selection Hardware

I'm looking for a solution to my problem, I'm not quite sure what it is im looking for or if it even exists.

I want to play 3 separate sounds to 3 separate amplifiers via 3x 3.5mm jacks upon request (UDP Commands).

I have sort of worked out stream routing for windows 7 but i think i am missing some hardware that would allow me to plug 3 aux leads in and pick which outlet i want to use either through code or using windows stream routing and multiple programs.

You need 3 different audio cards if you want three outputs to play different audio and you managed to install software that will allow the programs to route audio to a specific card.

You can build a matrix switch circuit controlled with relays, and control these relays with eg Arduino or Raspberry Pi. Then, write software for both ends - PC and RPi.

I don't think you can get (cheap) off-the-shelf solution.
