Audio Problem Help

Hello guys today I did some cable management in my pc. After I've finished , I turned on the pc and watched a video.Then I realised that only one speaker was working and the other one no.
P.S I have removed the audio cable from the mobo and reinstalled it still nothing happens.

have you tried reconfiguring your audio in your OS?
