Audio Splitting Program

Okay so, I'm looking for a program that splits the programs audio. As in, it would take the specific program and play audio from that through a certain audio device. I have a headset plugged in front and speaker plugged in back, but when I'm on skype the audio goes through the speakers along with everything else. Example, Spotify plays through the speakers, and skype plays through my headset.
