AUTHENTICATION PROBLEM WITH MY PHONE (motorola)

i had two phones, both the phones had same problem. One of it started working properly but in other the technique of changing the security protocol to WPA2 did not work. PLZZZZ SOMEONE HELP!!!!

Start at the beginning, authentication problem connecting to what? Are you talking about WiFi? What phones? If they are older they may have issues connecting to newer protocols. Put in all details about what you are doing and what is happening.

I was wondering if you ever found a solution? I have an android that works great on my WIFI and also on various "hot spot" internet providers...but at my sons house it will not sign in. Authentication Problem. I have tried everything. I only saw this message once before and that was when i was setting up my grandsons Kindle Fire. It only lasted a few moments and then the problem straightened itself out. I would appreciate any feedback from you if you got the problem figured out. thanks
