Auto on problem

My Notebook is Not responding to Power button but when I disable and put back the battery it is power on automatically.
How to Solve this problem..
Notebook model : Singer Xseries sinx-450

Problem solved.
fault was with display on/off sensor. I removed the piece of magnet on display panel..
