Auto pay help

I cancelled auto pay on my account page with metro pcs but they billed my credit card anyway for my payment. I called the and the customer service lady said your account shows auto pay as active I told her I want my payment put back on my credit card... How can they do that
 
You'll have to dispute the charge with your credit card company. Make sure to have all documentation that you cancelled auto pay on X date, and you were automatically charged on Y date. See if that goes anywhere.
