Auto refresh problem in windows 8.1

I am facing the same problem and tried many ways to resolve but failed every time!!

I am also facing the same problem and tried many ways to resolve but failed every time!! I have already tried..
-setting autorefresh to 0 instead of 1 in regedit.
-No antivirus in my pc
- scanned whole pc using defender
- checked view log and amd driver was showing error so uninstalled it. and also tried reinstalled but didnt help me so finally uninstalled it.
- updated all display drivers and also reinstalled some of them.
Please help !!
