AutoCAD 2012 Performance

The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 5520 i7-3632QM 2.2Ghz-3.2Ghz running W8 RAM 6GB. My graphic card is Intel HD Family 4000 with 2.06 GB
I would like some advice in order for me to improve my work in AutoCAD.
I have this feeling it can work faster, I close all programs and process when working but still it is not that fast.

It depends on what you are doing in cad but any 3D work will be bottlenecked by the integrated GPU and there is nothing you can do about it.

I don´t know anything about it, so...is it imposible for me to replace it for another one?

The video chip is soldered to the motherboard and is not replaceable/upgradable.
