avgntopenssla.dll crashes explorer.exe. I tried reinstalling AVG, didn't work. How do I fix it. I may try Panda Free Antivirus if nothing works. I tried contacting AVG and got no reply.
In the past, I've always had issues with third party virus pgms. I would suggest uninstalling everything virus-related and try Microsoft Securities Essentials instead. It is totally transparent to Win and works seamlessly. I have been using it and Malwarebytes for years and have had no issues. No viruses or malware. http/windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security-essentials-download

Microsoft may be compatible, but it does not offer good real time protection. My sister had it and I ran malwarebytes and there were over 5000 threats
