backup, restore, app freeze for un-rooted G3

Hi Everyone ~ I need a backup, restore, app freeze program for my un-rooted LG G3 (Verizon, Lollipop 5.1.1) that doesn't require rooting because rooting isn't an option for me.

I don't mind spending a little money on an app if it works and is being actively updated. I currently have Helium Pro that allows me to backup to my SD card, but it doesn't have the App Freeze option that I want.

I plan on eventually trading my G3 in for a new smartphone once I've figured out which one I want. But I'd like to Freeze the Verizon Bloatware that loads up when the phones powered on.

If you want to remove the pre-loaded programs you need to root the phone.
