bad quality video

I have a besteker hd camcorder. After it is on for a few seconds the picture goes "bad"(piculated, dark orange tind, almost a solast filter apperance. Can anyone help me or is it just a bad camcorder.

If it has a reset button you could try resetting it and if that doesn't work then there's a high probability that you have a bad camcorder.
