Solved! baffling error message

i havent installed or uninstalled anything on my laptop and now im getting an error message when i turn it on with the following -

''the module 'c:\programdata\potji\tezsa.dll'' failed to load

make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files

the specified module can not be found


if anyone can shine any light on this then that would be great

tried to look for that dll missing message could not find anything. now that said it is from a program called POTJI as per your message, do you know this program ? why this is happening it could be a corrupted file that is now missing. reinstalling the program or repairing it may work as well if this option is available when your goto programs install menu of windows.

If ccleaner is installed delete its entry in startup

But it sounds dodgy to me since Google doesnt say what that dll file belongs to
