Ban for Samsung Galaxy phone

Samsung has been banned from selling three models of its Galaxy smartphones in a number of European countries.

Although Samsung did score a victory in this as well, the judge observed that they didn't copied iphone/ipad in their products.

this is getting out of hand.

apple is well known for stealing design ideas from other major players. they are also well known for trivial lawsuits such as this.

if you read some of the patents held by some major players they are rediculous in their simplicity. i think apple holds one on using a touchscreen to control a UI.
