So I just re-installed bandicam and all my settings of course got reset and I tried configuring things but it doesn't work. It keeps recording in 240x160 which is a shit quality and resolution. Can somebody help me I recorded VisualBoyAdvance emulator the game is Kirby : Nightmare in Dreamland. I recorded it before and the resolution was always 1080x720 but today I re-installed and I tried configuring the settings but it's always the shitty 240x160. It usually records the max resolution as it is possible in DirectX/OpenGL.

Solution
Demo/trial or full version? If not full, you get limitations

1-launch bandicam
2-click on "Video"
3-I use Format MP4. click on settings
4-format settings, MP4, Size, select "Custom" enter XX by XX,
That should get you to your resolution

if its on the c: drive it may need elevated privs to save the config file changes. try running it with admin privs.
also check your user config files haven't been set to read only... sometimes happens if you uninstall an app but keep the settings.
