Battery have enough more than 50% but still can't open

Hello guyz my galaxy j2 battery have more than 50% over but when i switched on it can't open just only showing my display bright and samsung logo what's going my handphone any body know that issue?

It is more likely that this is software/hardware issue than the battery problem.
