Battery issue with ASUS notebook

Hello,
I've got a ASUS notebook G56J. It is over 2 years old and now the battery is not working.
Every time i onplug it from the charger, it shut down. It have bin in the charger for over 3 weeks and it still show that there is 0% on it?

obviously its the battery itself. i have the same exact model and also a g751jy with a bad battery.try cmos reset,power drain,reinstalling the battery driver from device manager and non of them works.replacing the battery seems to fix the issue for me.
