Battery not charging

Hello everyone, my problme is that my laptop is not charging even when plugged in to the electricity.

Here is the power statistics detatils:

I'm using Acer TravelMate P245-MG. I realized that my battery state is discharging even when its plugged in and the time to full and time to empty is 0 and the battery percentage is at constant 88%.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Looks like the battery is dead from the "energy when full" list. Did you maybe change the battery options on the laptop to stop charging when it was 10% full? If not, you can try a new battery, if that does not help, try a new charger. If that does not help, have a tech look at the charging port and maybe motherboard.
