Battery Problem or Phone?

I am using Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100P it was working fine by the night but at morning i put it on charge and it suddenly turned off of battery icon came on screen and showing charged about have but not turning on,, when i turn on it turns off at once,,but it shows 65 percent battery...please help me

Could be the battery, first thing to try is replace it.
