Battery wear on new laptop

so what level of wear is acceptable? I bought a new Asus F205ta (X205ta outside of the Netherlands).
Wear Level 20% at first charge. Now after the first charge is 9/12% ish every charge according to BatteryBar.

You should have no wear at the new purchase. It is a defective piece. Contact Asus for the problem.
