I bought a refurbished Asus A55A laptop from Grays Online. When I received the notebook and plugged in the power, the battery icon showed itself charging but only for a minute or two. Since then it has stopped charging. If I unplug the power, the laptop just closed down straightaway showing that the battery is not actually charging.
I have returned the laptop to Grays Online and they have supposedly sent me a new machine but I am having the same problem. Has anyone any ideas as to what is going on?
