be warned of ibuypower and xotic pcs..but this was my experiance

tried buying a laptop. first I tried with xotice they wanted me to call my bank but I told I couldn't cause I am currently deployed and don't a phone to make calls and they refused to listen me basiclly sayed F-off but luckly they never charged me. it's the same thing with ibuypower but here's the kicker they charged my account and they refuse to ship the item I have been charged until I make a 3 way call with them and my bank and I told them I couldn't cause I am deployed and don't have a phone....so long story short these two companies are horrible to be a little flexible to service members.....this was my experiance if you have been succesful at getting your product congrats....right now I am trying o get my money from ibuypower or get them to ship it so far no response

ah finally got them to cancel my order(Ibuypower) this sucks I really wanted the laptop, really wanted to play games during my free time while deployed....but now I know these two companies can give a rat ass about military
