Beats By Dr. Dre pro one doesnt work

hi, when I plug my beats pro, only the earcup the contains the earphone plug it it works not the other one.

can you guys help me !

the beats are junk... its probably the earcup problem that i've seen all over the forums here.

my guess would be a wire got pulled out and you need to fix it by soldering it up again. look at the other posts to read what they had to say as well.
