To be fair, your ex probably deleted all your friends, so your trusted recovery is sending to noone. she probably cleaned your account of you recovery phone number too. Need i mention your ex might put her number into the recovery system so when you ask to recover, she just logs back in and blocks you again.

lesson learned: dont let gf's know your pw.

Make a new account unless you trust a company like facebook with your personal documents.
