when i tun the unit on it boots up fine but takes half hour for the lcd to come up.i tryed checking to see if thre was a faulty connection non. i also replaced the screen it worked fin for a while and back to the same.when it does come up its very faint in some selections.

Your only alternative is to send it to the authorized service center.
They will not supply parts or schematics.

If you are not keen on diagnosing the electronics inside, I would echo the service center idea.
