Best £10 or Less Smartphone

I'm looking for a smartphone to replace my Nokia Lumia 520 because I hate everything about it.

The issue is my parents gave me a budget of £10 per month (contract) (approx. $17)

I'm struggling to find one that fits what I want, so can anyone help? My best option at the moment is the Huawei Ascend Y530.

If you know of a £10 or less contract smartphone with these specs, let me know:

- Android (NO WINDOWS PHONE!!!)
- Front Facing Camera
- Camera Flash (Not necessarily for the front camera)
- 4 to 5 inch screen

Note: Please don't send me phones that are only available in the US...

Is buying a phone and getting a sim only contract an option. Cause giffgaff do a pretty neat £10 a month sim and for £12 you get unlimited internet (well it's limited to 1GB an hour).

try the moto G. I think that's in your price range, if not, then the moto E.
