Best 2.1 Speaker System for Bedroom

I've looked around and still can't make up my mind on a 2.1 speaker system that would be used in my room on my desk. By the way, I'm new to all the audio stuff. Anyways I would like to know which of these speaker systems would be the best for under 200 dollars or if there are any that I should consider.
