I find it both frustrating and amazing that over 1000 people have read your post but not 1 has any advise. Sorry but I don't either I don't know about them.

this post is a few months old. not really any point in necroing it.

the people reading the post were most likely people typing "best blueray player" into google and getting this as a hit. you must realize that questions like this get asked all the time and its hard to answer every single post. this is why we have a forum search feature.

as for an answer: its all up to preference. personally i like the model sony has for $100, which you can normally get on sale during the christmas season for $70-80
