Guys I can spend a $100 more but somebody of know does the Nexus 5 has removable battery.

No nexus 5 doesn't have removal battery. But I would say, forget what world says about the battery and go for Nexus 5. You would never need to remove he battery...
It has amazing Processor, Ram, Display and it's Stock Android

Yes, much better than S4
Go for Samsung only and only if you like their TouchWiz UI.
Nexus 5 is perfect for your budget as well.
