Best budget smartphone for VR

Hi, So im kinda looking for a smart phone in the price range of 100-200 dollars that would work great for all around VR experience. I was originally thinking about getting LG phoenix 2, but i feel like the resolution wasent that great which is what concerns me, if i should atleast look for a phone with 1080p or OMOLED display? A phone with 5 inches or more would also be great.

You could probably get a note4 for super cheap. Great phone and can use gearvr. Can probably find a used gearvr for really cheap too.
